ERP in 2025 and Beyond: A Vision from DemandDynamics

I'm Dave Bond from Demand Dynamics, the Chief Technology Officer and Lead Solution Architect, looking forward to working with you. We have a strong partnership with organizations across the globe, creating a network of experts in .NET development, Power BI customizations, and the capability to integrate and customize any and all of the Dynamics platforms. We have Finance experts in Dynamics Business Central and Dynamics Finance and Operations with many years of experience as corporate controllers, accounting managers, and financial planning experts.

This expertise has really allowed us to develop a model where we can take anyone's system and anyone's industry and either enhance it from where they are today in their Dynamics journey or help them start their Dynamics journey in a new implementation, migrating them from some legacy software onto one of the core Dynamics 365 platforms. In our new cloud-based, fast-paced global world, our clients often have multiple subsidiaries and entities that they're managing, and these sub-entities will have their own subsystems, so we'll need to integrate and ensure our workflow is in conjunction with the optimized business process.

We use cutting-edge software for the ETL process to extract, transform, and load data to ensure we're all part of an integrated solution for the optimized business. In that model, we use leading software such as Mulesoft, Azure Data Factory, and other tools to pass information back and forth to our key productivity suites. While we focus on Microsoft Dynamic Solutions, we have a strong partnership with experts in Salesforce as well. For a productivity suite and a sales engine like Salesforce, we've integrated and created a very sophisticated connector to allow for the normal opportunity pipeline for sales order processing, as well as more complicated models for project management and other site management operations. Beyond that, new technologies are emerging that are going to affect us all, if not already starting to.

We see a lot of advancements in office productivity, and we've been able to leverage, with our artificial intelligence team, machine learning for Microsoft and GPT to enhance existing functionality and leverage the new Microsoft AI tool called Co-pilot, being delivered and deployed for Dynamic users, specifically Dynamics Co-pilot. While it's not full artificial intelligence that runs the entire business for you yet, there are significant efficiencies to be gained. You can operate more effectively with a sales co-pilot tool, traverse your network for files with Microsoft Co-pilot in Windows systems, and Dynamics 365 specifically has Dynamics Co-pilot to help with business use cases like marketing, product information management, sales opportunity follow-up, demand forecasting, and supply chain optimization routines.

Microsoft has done a good job setting up these co-pilot tools, but here at Demand Dynamics, we've actually extended the machine learning and AI capabilities to go even further. So, we're looking forward to working with you and seeing how DemandDynamics can help build your solution.
